INEXION Holdings, LLC ("INEXION," "we," "our," or "us") operates a Management Services Organization (MSO) platform that acquires and supports physician-led longevity medicine clinics. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information obtained through our website (inexion.com), our operational platform, and our interactions with clinic partners, prospective investors, and other visitors.

We are committed to handling all information with integrity and care. Healthcare is a relationship built on trust — and that standard shapes every decision we make about data.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use personal information for advertising targeting.

A core part of INEXION's long-term mission is building a longevity medicine data registry — an aggregated, de-identified dataset across our clinic network to advance protocol development and treatment optimization.

Any clinical data contributed to the INEXION registry is de-identified in accordance with HIPAA's Safe Harbor or Expert Determination standards before aggregation. De-identified data cannot be used to identify any individual patient. Our registry is designed from the ground up with privacy by design principles — data minimization, purpose limitation, and access controls are built into the architecture, not bolted on.

Participating clinics are required to obtain appropriate patient authorizations where required by law prior to contributing data to the registry. INEXION does not accept identifiable patient data into the registry platform.

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — Vendors and technology partners who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., cloud infrastructure, analytics, HR systems). These parties are contractually bound to use information only as directed by INEXION.
• Clinic network — Information shared within our affiliated clinic network is limited to what is operationally necessary and governed by our MSO agreements.
• Legal requirements — We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or to protect the rights and safety of INEXION, our partners, and the public.
• Business transactions — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

Our website uses minimal tracking. We may use first-party cookies and standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors engage with our site — including page views, session duration, and traffic sources. This data is used in aggregate form to improve the site and is not linked to individual identities.
