IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony, and every legacy health-data platform are structurally blind to it. The most valuable cohort in healthcare is invisible to the systems built to study it. Structural Invisibility
Cash-pay longevity patients generate no claims data, so the incumbents you would expect to outspend us cannot even see this population. Money does not fix a data-access problem. Four forces then compound the lead: capital cannot buy longitudinal time, partner exclusivity and schema switching costs lock the supply side, a two-sided benchmarking flywheel strengthens with every clinic, and the first FDA-qualified biomarker owns a regulatory lane.
