The data infrastructure
layer for longevity
medicine.

Harmonizing the major public health datasets with the longitudinal cash-pay outcomes every claims-based platform is structurally blind to — through partnerships with longevity clinics, telehealth platforms, and medical societies.

Public datasets in the spine

Longevity medicine is generating extraordinary data.
Almost none of it is being captured.

Longevity care is delivered through thousands of independent cash-pay practices — outside hospital systems, outside insurance networks. This patient population generates zero claims data. IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony, and every legacy health-data platform are structurally blind to it. The most valuable cohort in healthcare is invisible to the systems built to study it. INEXION is the entity capturing it.

01
The Data Registry
A multi-source longitudinal health registry — de-identified, structured, outcomes-linked. The clinical-grade longevity dataset that has never existed in any licensable form.
02
Three Data Layers
8-dataset public spine (NHANES, BRFSS, HRS, MIDAS, All of Us, UK Biobank, MIDUS, CMS Medicare) for population baseline. Private partner contributions (telehealth platforms, longevity clinics, EHR partners) for cash-pay outcomes. Medical society partnerships (A4M, Longevity Docs) for breadth.
03
Structural Invisibility
Cash-pay longevity patients generate no claims data, so the incumbents you would expect to outspend us cannot even see this population. Money does not fix a data-access problem. Four forces then compound the lead: capital cannot buy longitudinal time, partner exclusivity and schema switching costs lock the supply side, a two-sided benchmarking flywheel strengthens with every clinic, and the first FDA-qualified biomarker owns a regulatory lane.
04
The Comp Set
Flatiron proved the exit — $1.9B to Roche (oncology data). Verana and Komodo proved the mechanism — pharma pays for registry data. IQVIA proves the revenue — $3.5B+ in analytics. INEXION is engineered for the Flatiron outcome in longevity.

Three data layers.
One unified schema.

INEXION integrates three data layers under a common data model: a public-data spine for population baseline, private partner contributions for the cash-pay longevity cohort, and medical society partnerships for breadth. Schema enforced at the integration layer. Scale without acquisition. Capital-light by design.
